Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Ypero website and application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Ypero provides a desktop application ("the Bot") that executes automated trades on Polymarket prediction markets. The Bot runs locally on your device and connects to third-party services (Polymarket, Binance) using credentials you provide.
Ypero is a software tool. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, or portfolio management services.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify it via a one-time code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Validation & Payment
Access to the Bot requires a one-time account validation payment of $49.95 USD. This payment grants you lifetime access to the current and all future versions of the Bot, including updates and premium support.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the product, all payments are non-refundable. Once your account is validated and you receive access to the Bot, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
— Dissatisfaction with the product or trading results
— Inability to use the Bot due to geographic restrictions
— Changes in Polymarket's platform, API, or availability
— Technical issues with your personal hardware or network
— Failure to configure the Bot correctly
— Trading losses incurred while using the Bot
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. We strongly recommend using the simulator before purchasing to understand the Bot's mechanics.
6. Risk Disclaimer
Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Prediction markets and cryptocurrency trading are inherently risky. Past performance, including any win rates or earnings projections displayed on our website or simulator, does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of the capital you trade with.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any financial outcomes resulting from the use of the Bot. Ypero is not responsible for any trading losses, missed trades, or technical failures that result in financial harm.
Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
7. Self-Custodial Nature
The Bot operates entirely on your local device. You provide your own API keys, private keys, and wallet credentials. Ypero never has access to, stores, or transmits your Polymarket credentials, private keys, or funds.
You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials and wallet. Ypero is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from compromised credentials, unauthorized access to your device, or misuse of the Bot.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
— Redistribute, resell, or share your Bot access or account credentials with others
— Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Bot
— Use the Service for any illegal activity or in violation of applicable laws
— Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
— Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
9. Third-Party Services
The Bot interacts with third-party services including Polymarket and Binance. Ypero is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these services. Changes to their APIs, terms, or availability may affect the Bot's functionality.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you use in conjunction with the Bot, including Polymarket's terms regarding geographic restrictions.
10. Intellectual Property
The Ypero name, logo, website, application, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Ypero. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Bot. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ypero and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for account validation ($49.95 USD).
12. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
13. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting contact@ypero.com. Account termination does not entitle you to a refund.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
