Ypero ("we", "us", "our") operates the Ypero website and desktop application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. We do not store passwords in plain text.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or full card details on our servers. We receive and store a Stripe customer ID, payment ID, and payment timestamp to verify your account validation status.

Usage Data

We may collect basic analytics such as pages visited, browser type, and device information to improve our service. We do not track individual trading activity, portfolio balances, or any data from your Polymarket account.

Information We Do Not Collect

We never collect, store, or have access to your Polymarket API keys, private keys, wallet addresses, or any cryptocurrency-related credentials. The Ypero bot runs entirely on your local machine.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

— Create, maintain, and authenticate your account

— Process your one-time payment and verify validation status

— Send transactional emails (account verification, payment confirmation)

— Provide customer support when you contact us

— Improve our website and application

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase: authentication and database hosting. Your email and account data are stored on Supabase's infrastructure. See Supabase Privacy Policy.

Stripe: payment processing. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Authentication is handled by Supabase with encrypted password storage and secure session management. All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at contact@ypero.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

— Access the personal data we hold about you

— Request correction of inaccurate data

— Request deletion of your data and account

— Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
